All packages are shipped with, Canada post, UPS or FedEx depending on what is best for where you live. Shipping is complimentry on orders over $500.00.
All shipments over $500.00 dollars require signature upon delivery for the security of your piece. Tracking is provided upon shipment. Canadian orders over $1,500.00 are shipped via priority mail 2-4 day shipping, while all international packages over $1,500.00 are sent via priority and take 2-5 business days. Please note that we cannot control any delays or duty charges that may occur with customs processing. The client is responsible for fees charged at the border of shipping outside of Canada.
Production Time
Each custom piece takes approximately 8-9 weeks. We love to pleasantly surprise our customers so we always do our best to get your piece done as quickly as possible.
