Warranty and Repairs
All of Ara Fine Jewellery is under warranty for the first 6 months after purchase for manufacturing defects. This warranty doesn't protect against Ara Pieces that have been recklessly worn or purposely damaged. With regular wear, if there are any manufacturing defects, they will typically materialize within the first month or two of use.
Repairs needed after 6 months from the day of purchase will be at the expense of the customer along with any shipping costs. Pricing for repairs vary depending on style and what repairs are needed for that particular piece. Most of our rings can be resized but not all of them. Pricing for ring resizing varies depending on the style of ring and depending if the ring needs to be sized up or down. Please Contact Us for any questions.
Care and Cleaning
Ara cannot accept responsibility for any items repaired by another jeweler, All warranty will be considered void if another jeweler has worked on an Ara piece.
Ara pieces can be worn and cleaned like any diamond rings, earrings or necklaces. Our Jewelry is made by Canadian Artisans with decades of experience and we stand behind the quality of our product.
Please treat your Ara pieces carefully, since fine jewelry is made of malleable precious metals they are not indestructible and need to be worn with care.We recommend taking your jewelry off before exercising, swimming or showering. We also recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, lotions, hairsprays, hand sanitizers and detergents whenever possible to keep your gemstones clean, sparkly and looking their best.
